Shake well and add contents to 220 g (7.75 oz) of sugar and top up 2.25 L (76 US fl oz) of 40% ABV distilled spirit or vodka. Stir to dissolve. Makes three 750 ml (25 US fl oz) bottles. Vary sugar to taste.

Top Shelf Honey Bourbon Flavouring
Honey Bourbon has a distinctive honey flavour and aroma which blends with the smooth bourbon notes to give a very rounded appealing drink.

Pear Brandy is a magical blend of pear and brandy.

Instructions: Pour the contents of this bottle and 1/2 cup (115 g) of granulated sugar into a 35 fl. oz. (1 L) bottle. Fill with 26.5 fl. oz. (750 ml) of 25-30% ABV neutral grain alcohol or vodka. If desired, thicken with 1 fl. oz. (29 ml) of glycerine.

Makes approximately 29 fl. oz. (820 ml).
